All personal data provided during registration will be exclusively used for processing your orders and verifying suspicious transactions, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

2. USE OF SERVICE

Subject to these conditions, you may use the Service to purchase a product (Premium Key / Account / Voucher / Coupon / Code) as follows:

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you received your voucher code please activate it as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to extend the processing delay of an order in the event of external factors beyond our control (e.g. crashes/breakdowns relating to the server, Internet, electricity supply, supplier service, agent handling payment, banks etc.).

Its the customers responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address & phone number as the product will be delivered to it. The customer needs to confirm that our emails do not end up in JUNK folder of your email.

In the event of incomplete payment, we shall process the order only after the balance amount is received.

All payments are one time only. We have no recurring payments in all kinds of payment methods.

4. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% guarantee. However, our products are subject to Terms and Conditions and we will offer a refund only if the service did not work.

As we sell non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

If the error occurs we will try our best to solve the problem in 6 hours after this time if the problem can't be solved we will make the refund but the money will be deducted the payment fee It is dependent on the payment gateway fee, usually it is range from 0-1% product value.

WHEN REFUNDING IS ACCEPTED:

- We will not repay if you get aware of have the feeling afterwards that you don’t really need them.

- We can not offer a refund if after the purchase, the user feels that the download is slow, the link is dead, or do not get the desired files to download...

- A refund will not be accepted if the company File-sharing is no longer active due to some technical issues, or closed according to law or other issues, or you cannot access the website.

5. USING THE ACCOUNT

We deliver you purely genuine accounts, to provide customers with premium access of File-sharing companies by providing Premium Keys / Accounts. After deliver you account details and once activated its your responsibility to take care of your account. If by any chance you lost, hacked, stolen or by some other way you lost command over your account, we won’t be able to restore, refund or replace it.

We cannot be held liable for any financial and legal loss due to any problems arising from File-sharing Company. It is also understood that a customer must undertake research before purchasing any premium account.

File-sharing services can change their mode of operation or products or services any time, hence customer should purchase premium memberships only when they accept the terms and conditions of respected File-sharing companies. LifeTime Premium account are premium accounts valid till the company exists.

Sharing/Downloading of any copyrighted material is an offense punishable by law, File-sharing account should be used to share or backup personal files.

We are File-sharing / File-sharing reseller. You have responsibility for your content download/upload. Accept File-sharing Terms of Service which you are using.

You agree to not use 's Premium Keys / Accounts to:

a. Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted.

b. Harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted.

c. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

d. Download any illegal or unlawful content.

You agree not to post, upload, download, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the premium account any of the following:

a. The data that is libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, child pornography, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, violent, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable.

b. The data that may infringe or violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of privacy, right of publicity or other intellectual property right or other right of any party.

6. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS OF SERVICE

The following constitute violations of this TOS but not limited to the below:

Illegal use: Account.us services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Account.us reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing. Upload or circulating pornographic, erotic, defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening or provoking material or information, topic, incidences etc. is prohibited

Harm to minors: Use of the Account.us service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.

Threats: Use of Account.us service to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

Harassment: Use of Account.us service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.

Fraudulent activity: Use of Account.us service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes," "ponzi schemes," and "chain letters." Forgery or impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Unsolicited commercial e-mail / Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM): Use of the Account.us service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate termination of the offending Account.us account. Bulk Mailings: Bulk mailings of any kind, are not permitted to be sent from the file-hosting servers. This line item applies to mailings sent within the 1000 emails per hour limit as well.

E-mail / News Bombing: Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending Account.us account.

E-mail / Message Forging: Forging any message header, in part or whole, of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through the Account.us service is in violation of this TOS.

Unauthorized access: Use of the Account.us service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Account.us or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending Account.us account is subject to immediate termination.

Copyright or trademark infringement: Use of the Account.us service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.

Collection of personal data: Use of the Account.us service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

Network disruptions and unfriendly activity: Use of the Account.us service for any activity that affects the ability of other people or systems to use Account.us Services or the Internet. This includes "denial of service" (DDOS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber may not, through action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. A Subscriber may not permit their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company and/or individual's computer system will result in immediate account termination. Account.us will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.

Fraud: Involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it.

Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.

Distribution of Viruses: Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Contains software viruses or any other files programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource Such an offence will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

Inappropriate Use of Software: Use of software or any device that would facilitate a continued connection, i.e. pinging, while using Account.us services could result in suspension service.

Verbal abuse of support personnel: Verbal abuse of Account.us personnel is not tolerated. Customers who continue to verbally abuse support personnel may be warned or asked to use a different provider.

Third Party Accountability: Account.us subscribers will be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account that violates guidelines created within the Terms of Service.

We are file-hosting/sharing reseller. You have responsibility for your content download/upload. Accept file-hosting Terms of Service which you are using.

Reporting Violations to Account.us

Account.us is a reseller and does not have control over the content posted/uploaded on the THIRD PARTY WEBSITES or do not actively monitor subscriber activity under normal circumstances. Similarly, we do not exercise editorial control over the content of any web site, e-mail transmission, newsgroups, or other material created or accessible over or through the services, except for certain proprietary Web sites. However, in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service), we may inform the 3rd party website to remove any materials, the responsibility is on the 3rd party website.

When required by lawful order, the intermediary shall provide information or any such assistance to Government Agencies who are lawfully authorized for investigative, protective, cyber security activity. The information or any such assistance shall be provided for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, cyber security incidents and punishment of offences under any law for the time being in force, on a request in writing staling clearly the purpose of seeking such information or any such assistance. Furthermore Account.us requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this TOS direct the information us. The email address can be found on our contact page. If available, please provide the following information: The IP address used to commit the alleged violation, the date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone and Evidence of the alleged violation E-mail with full header information provides all of the above, as do system log files. Other situations will require different methods of providing the above information.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are a Reseller only. Account.us does not provide File-sharing service and is only a reseller of prepaid File-sharing services by providers or other distributors or aggregators of such File-sharing carriers. Account.us is not a warrantor, insurer, or guarantor of the services to be provided by the File-sharing carriers or the providers of such Credits (the “Carrier”). Credits are transferred without recourse against us for any breach of contract by the Carrier. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Credits purchased must be handled directly between You (or the recipient of the Credits) and the Carrier.

The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Account.us ("Third Party Sites"), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, sound, video, information, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content"). We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites or Third Party Content accessed through the Services. Third Party Sites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. If you decide to access Third Party Sites or to access or use any Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable third party’s terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices of any website to which you navigate.

You expressly understand and agree that:

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material;

We do not authorize anyone to make any warranty on our behalf and you should not rely on any such statement. this paragraph shall survive termination of this agreement.

Account.us follows the mandatory security measures provided by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereafter. As far as Account.us is concerned you are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if a friend, family member, guest or employee committed the inappropriate activity. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Your password provides access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is prohibited. You should take care to prevent others from using your account since you will be held responsible for such use. Attempting to obtain another user's account password is strictly prohibited, and may result in termination of service. You must adopt adequate security measures to prevent or minimize unauthorized use of your account.

You may not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is prohibited. Examples of these tools include, but are not limited to, password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools. You may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network ("denial of service attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to, "flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. Account.us will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.

11. TAKEDOWN COPYRIGHT

At Account.us we respect the intellectual property rights of others, and Per the DMCA, Account.us will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

We are reseller of Premium Keys / Accounts, which enable high-speed access to File-sharing services. WE DO NOT SELL CONTENT (files), but only services - premium user accounts for high speed access, which are just a short sequence of letters and numbers and acts as an access code and is not a multimedia, text, executable, graphical or any kind of any other file and can not be treated as content. However we take very seriously any intellectual property rights infringement concerning the files hosted on the File-sharing services, with which we collaborate, so please email us at support@account.us if you have any doubts about legitimacy of any files placed on any of the File-sharing services. In such cases you are kindly requested to provide us with the following accurate information:

- Identification of the copyrighted works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are located, they are covered by a single notification that can consist of a representative list of such works (but not only).

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed. Please include a description of the material to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

We sell Premium Keys / Accounts to authorized File-sharing services only and if a File-sharing service will be officially prohibited by international organizations or a court we will immediately stop selling its premium access codes or accounts.

12. CHILD ABUSE POLICY

Child Abuse and Underage content
File-hosting / File-sharing services has a zero tolerance policy against child sexual abuse content or any content that can be harmful to minors. Their Terms of Service clearly / state that no such content will be tolerated on their platform.
However, if you find any such materials on their website, you are required by law to report it immediately to them. If their support will not act quickly to remove such content and block account of user who uploaded such content, then please Contact Us, we will report such content to File-hosting / File-sharing services. We also reserve the right to cooperate, including cooperation with law enforcement agencies, to assist them in identifying and prosecuting individuals who are involved in the transmission or dissemination of content containing child pornography.
